摘要
目的探讨载脂蛋白E(APOE)基因多态性与脑卒中合并抑郁的相关性。方法选择2020年1月至2021年2月平湖市第一人民医院及金华市第二医院收治的118例脑卒中患者(各59例),根据是否合并抑郁症分为合并抑郁症组48例和单纯脑卒中组70例。对比两组患者APOE基因型分布及等位基因频率,采用多因素logistic回归分析脑卒中患者发生抑郁的影响因素。结果合并抑郁症组ε2ε2、ε3ε3、ε4ε4、ε2ε3、ε2ε4、ε3ε4与单纯脑卒中组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。合并抑郁症组ε2、ε3与单纯脑卒中组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),但ε4高于单纯脑卒中组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,ε2ε3、ε3ε4、ε4是脑卒中合并抑郁的影响因素。结论APOE基因多态性与脑卒中合并抑郁密切相关,其具有较大的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the correlation between apolipoprotein E(APOE)gene polymorphisms and depression in stroke patients.Methods A total of 118 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted to Pinghu First People’s Hospital and Jinhua Second Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were enrolled in the study,including 48 cases complicated with depression and 70 cases without depression.The distribution and allele frequency of APOE genotypes were compared between the two groups,and the influencing factors of depression in stroke patients were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results There were no significant differences in ε2ε2,ε3ε3,ε4ε4,ε2ε3,ε2ε4 and ε3ε4 between the depression group and the non-depression group(all P>0.05);and also no significant difference inε2 andε3 between two groups(P>0.05).The depression group had higherε4 than that in the non-depression group(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression showed that ε2ε3,ε3ε4 and ε4 were the independent influencing factors of depression in stroke patients.Conclusion APOE gene polymorphisms are closely related to depression in patients with stroke.
