摘要
目的:分析产后返岗护士发生工作适应障碍的影响因素。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月该院40名产后返岗护士为研究对象,统计产后返岗护士工作适应障碍量表、访谈结果,采用Logistic回归分析影响产后返岗护士发生工作适应障碍的危险因素。结果:40名产后返岗护士中,发生工作适应障碍24名,占60.00%,设为发生组,未发生工作适应障碍16名,占40.00%,设为未发生组;发生组年龄、工作年限、学历、收入、籍贯、科室、聘用性质与未发生组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);发生组职称(护士、护师)、值晚班、平均每周工作时长>40 h占比均高于未发生组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,职称(护士、护师)、值晚班、平均每周工作时长>40 h均为影响产后返岗护士发生工作适应障碍的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:产后返岗护士多伴有不同程度的工作适应障碍,职称(护士、护师)、值晚班、平均每周工作时长>40 h均为影响产后返岗护士发生工作适应障碍的危险因素。
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of work adjustment disorders in postpartum returning nurses.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,40 postpartum returning nurses in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The work adjustment disorder scale scores and the interview results of these postpartum returning nurses were statistically analyzed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of work adjustment disorders of these nurses.Results:There were 24(60.00%)nurses with work adjustment disorders in the 40 postpartum returning nurses,and they were set as occurrence group;while 16(40.00%)nurses without work adjustment disorders were set as non-occurrence group.There were no significant differences in age,working years,educational background,income,native place,department and nature of employment between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of professional titles(nurse,senior nurse),night shift,and average weekly working hours>40 h in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that professional title(nurse,senior nurse),night shift,average weekly working hours>40 h were risk factors for work adjustment disorders in the postpartum returning nurses(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:The professional title(nurse,senior nurse),night shift,average weekly working hours>40 h are the risk factors for work adjustment disorders in the postpartum returning nurses.
