摘要
“互联网+教育”作为信息化、现代化媒介与教育相结合的方式,在提高教育质量、推动教育改革方面具有重要启示意义,将其融入民族地区国家通用语言教育具有学理与实践层面的现实依据。基于优化语言学习环境、重视语言课程教学、实施语言实践活动、建立语言教育系统等语言教育内涵来探究“互联网+”提升民族地区国家通用语言教育质量的内在机理,于此基础上提出营造素材丰富、内涵新颖的“互联网+”国家通用语言学习环境;形成资源互补、交互融合的“互联网+”国家通用语言课程教学模式;开展充分尊重与发挥学生主体性的“互联网+”国家通用语言实践活动;打造便捷有效、科学合理的“互联网+”国家通用语言教育立体系统等优化路径,旨在提高民族地区国家通用语言教育质量,促进各民族交流、交往、交融。
"Internet+education",as a combination of information,modern media and education,has important implications in improving the quality of education and promoting educational reform.It has practical basis on the theoretical and practical levels to integrate it into the national common language education in ethnic areas.Based on the connotation of language education,such as optimizing language learning environment,attaching importance to language course teaching,implementing language practice activities,and establishing language education system,this paper explores the internal mechanism of "Internet+" to improve the quality of national common language education in ethnic minority areas.On this basis,it proposes to build a national common language learning environment of "Internet+" with rich materials and novel connotations,form the "Internet+" national common language course teaching model with complementary resources and interactive integration,carry out "Internet+" national common language practice activities that fully respect and give play to students’ subjectivity,build a convenient,effective,scientific and reasonable three-dimensional system of "Internet+" national common language education and other optimization paths,and the purpose is to improve the quality of national standard language education in ethnic minority areas and promote exchanges and integration among ethnic groups.
