摘要
恒温振荡培养箱是一种具有加热和(或)制冷双向调温功能、温度可控的培养箱和摇床振荡器相结合的仪器,是精密培养的制备流程中不可缺少的实验室设备。本文通过分析和研究恒温振荡培养箱的计量参数和指标,结合实际使用情况及校准经验,探索对应的校准方法,并以实例证明该校准方法的可行性。
The shaking incubator is an instrument which combines the incubator and shaker oscillator with the function of heating and/or refrigeration.It is an indispensable laboratory equipment in the preparation process of precision culture.By studying the essential metrological parameters of the device, combined with the actual use and calibration experience, this article presents a novel design of calibration method of shaking incubator, and proves the feasibility of this method with examples.
