摘要
为了保证透明烟草生产线生产效率,及时去除异物,设计一种基于红外线探测技术的透明烟草生产线异物去除方法。通过缺陷检测,构建透明烟草生产线异物红外线探测图像输出的图像采集模型,采用边缘像素特征增强技术检测透明烟草生产线异物的红外特征。根据图像像素序列分离和自适应块特征匹配方法,进行透明烟草生产线异物成像和特征定位及信息增强处理。利用颜色矩特征检测结果,得到透明烟草生产线异物红外图像,将其降噪预处理后输出,以透明烟草生产线异物的红外图谱差异性为依据,去除透明烟草生产线异物。仿真结果表明:该方法异物去除效率较高,能有效提高透明烟草生产线异物检测和识别能力。
In order to ensure the production efficiency of transparent tobacco production line and remove foreign matters in time,a foreign matter removal method of transparent tobacco production line based on infrared detection technology is designed.Through defect detection,the image acquisition model of infrared detection image output of foreign bodies in transparent tobacco production line is constructed,and the edge pixel feature enhancement technology is used to detect the infrared features of foreign bodies in transparent tobacco production line.According to the method of image pixel sequence separation and adaptive block feature matching,the foreign body imaging,feature location and information enhancement of transparent tobacco production line are carried out.The the color moment feature detection results are utilized to abtain the infrared image of foreign matter in transparent tobacco production line,which is output after noise reduction pretreatment.Based on the difference of infrared spectrum of foreign matter in transparent tobacco production line,the foreign matter in transparent tobacco production line is removed.The simulation results show that the designed method has high foreign matter removal efficiency and can effectively improve the foreign matter detection and recognition ability of transparent tobacco production line.
