龙羊峡、雅砻江水域风电-水电互补潜力评估

Complementary Potential Evaluation of Wind Powder-Hydropower of the Longyang Gorge and the Yalong River Waters

摘要 以水能资源丰富的黄河上游龙羊峡和雅砻江水域为例,综合考虑平均风速、风功率密度、风切变指数,提出平稳性指标,对2种水域附近的风能资源进行评估,分析2种水域周围风电-水电互补的潜力。结果表明:龙羊峡、雅砻江水域平稳性指标分别为0.23、0.28,风切变指数分别为0.23、0.13;2种水域均具有丰富的风能资源,并且风能资源丰富区集中于水域附近,在2种水域附近发展风电-水电互补系统具备经济性和可行性。 Taking the Longyang Gorge and the Yalong River waters in the Yellow River upstream rich in hydropower resources as examples,the riding index was proposed by comprehensively considering average wind speed,wind power density,and wind shear exponent to evaluate wind energy resources near the two waters and analyze complementary potential of wind power-hydropower around the two waters.The results show that the riding indexes of the Longyang Gorge and the Yalong River are respectively 0.23 and 0.28,and the wind shear exponents are respectively 0.23 and 0.13.Both waters have rich wind energy resources,and rich areas of wind energy resources are concentrated near the waters.It is economical and feasible to develop wind power-hydropower complementary systems near the two waters.
