适用中老铁路的计算机联锁系统技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 计算机联锁系统(CBI)是保证列车安全运行的核心控制设备。计算机联锁设备走向国际,面临语言不通、定制硬件与软件不兼容、特殊地理条件限制运力等问题。针对中老铁路的全新应用场景和特殊运行需求,开发适应中老铁路联锁系统的多语言、语音功能,在保证系统可靠运行的基础上,使联锁系统具备中文、英文、老挝文显示及语音交互功能,提高工作效率,减少二次改造费用;解决中老铁路联锁系统软硬件耦合性技术难题,通过系统分析和试验提升设备稳定性,确保线路运输安全;合理利用站场条件,在保障线路高运输效率的基础上,提出针对中老铁路特殊联锁关系的技术解决方案。研究适用中老铁路的计算机联锁系统,对保证运输安全、提高运输效率具有重要意义。 Computer Based Interlocking System(CBI) is the core control equipment to ensure the safe operation of the trains. However, when computer interlocking equipment is used internationally, some problems emerge, such as language barriers, incompatibility of customized hardware and software, and restrictions of transportation capacity caused by special geographical conditions. This paper developed multi-language and voice interaction functions on CBI that is specialized for the new application scenarios and special operation requirements of the China-Laos Railway. The interlocking system can be displayed in Chinese, English and Laotian and can be interacted through voice, which can dramatically improve work efficiency and avoid unnecessary costs while ensuring the reliability of the system. The technical problems of software and hardware coupling of CBI applicable to the China-Laos Railway were solved, and the equipment stability and the safety of railway transportation were ensured through system analysis and testing. Additionally, the paper reasonably utilized the site conditions and proposed a technical solution for the special interlocking relationship of the China-Laos Railway while ensuring the high transportation efficiency of railway transportation. It is of great significance to keep researching on CBI for the China-Laos Railway to ensure transportation safety and improve transportation efficiency.
