摘要
新时代背景下,全球医药产业飞速发展,自主知识产权新药研发实力是医药领域核心竞争力。发展是第一要务、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力,培养适应新时代发展要求的具备综合素质的人才是我国高等教育的核心任务。分析传统药剂学实验教学中存在的问题并针对性提出改进方法,有助于更好地达到培养具有自主学习能力、创新思维及德才兼备的药学人才的教学目的。
Under the background of the new era,with the rapid development of the global pharmaceutical industry,the research and development of new drugs with independent intellectual property rights is the key to reflecting the competitiveness of China’s pharmaceutical science and technology.The idea of“development being the first priority,talent being the first resource and innovation being the first impetus”is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and the core task of higher education in China is to cultivate talents with comprehensive qualities to meet the requirements of the new era.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of Pharmaceutics Experiment Course and gives the improving methods accordingly,in order to cultivate the ability of independent learning,innovative thinking and both moral and talented pharmaceutical talents.
