摘要 超超临界机组由于机组容量大,蒸汽参数高,为了确保机组长周期安全稳定高效运行,如何减少系统的腐蚀和结垢就显得尤为重要。对水汽品质准确监督化验是防止结垢、腐蚀和积盐,避免锅炉爆管事件,防止过热器和汽轮机叶片积盐的重要方法,对节能降耗有重要意义。本文通过对超超临界机组水汽pH值、溶解氧、二氧化硅以及钠、铁、铜等重要指标化验方法入手,并对影响化验结果的因素进行分析,提出针对性的注意事项和管控措施,为机组水汽品质化验工作提供指导意见和建议。 Due to the large capacity and high steam parameters of ultra-supercritical units,in order to en⁃sure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the unit for a long period,it is particularly important to re⁃duce the corrosion and scaling of the system.The accurate supervision and testing of the quality of steam is an important method to prevent scaling,corrosion and salt deposit,avoid boiler tube explosion,and prevent salt deposit in superheaters and turbine blades,which is of great significance for energy conservation and con⁃sumption reduction.This paper starts with the assays for the important indicators such as pH value,dis⁃solved oxygen,silicon dioxide,sodium,iron,copper,etc.of steam of ultra-supercritical units,analyzes the fac⁃tors affecting the testing results,puts forward targeted precautions and control measures,and provides guid⁃ance and suggestions for the steam quality testing of units.
