摘要
鞋靴的舒适性与足底和鞋垫各方面的匹配性关联密切,鞋垫作为鞋靴中与足部直接接触的部分,其结构和硬度是改善鞋靴舒适性的关键。对此,简要分析与总结了鞋靴舒适性的影响因素,从局部缓冲型鞋垫和整体定制型鞋垫两方面探究了不同鞋垫结构下足底压力分布变化,并设计了硬质鞋垫、软质鞋垫和无鞋垫情况下鞋靴的舒适性试验。通过运动状态下人体的稳定性与鞋靴的减震性参数来体现鞋靴的舒适性,以期为改善足底受力状态、提升鞋靴穿着者的足部舒适性提供参考。
The comfort of shoes and boots is closely related to the matching of the soles and insoles.As the part of shoes and boots that directly contacts the foot, the structure and hardness of insoles are the key to improve the comfort of shoes and boots.In this regard, the influencing factors of the comfort of shoes and boots were briefly analyzed and summarized.The pressure distribution changes of the soles under different insole structures were explored from the two aspects of local cushioning insoles and overall customized insoles, and the comfort tests of shoes and boots under the conditions of hard insoles, soft insoles and no insoles were designed.The comfort of shoes and boots is reflected by the stability of the human body and the shock absorption parameters of shoes and boots in the exercise state, so as to provide reference for improving the stress state of the sole and improving the foot comfort of the wearer of shoes and boots.
