摘要
目的探讨改良脱细胞牛心包补片进行结膜囊成形术的临床效果。方法回顾性病例对照研究。分析郑州市第七人民医院2010年6月至2021年6月结膜囊狭窄120例(120眼)的临床资料。患者分为改良脱细胞牛心包间皮细胞组织补片组(观察组)和传统牛心包补片组(对照组), 每组各60例(60眼)。所有患者均行结膜囊移植成形术, 术后1周、1、3、6个月观察植片色泽外观及溶解情况, 并询问患者的满意度。结果观察组术后1个月脱细胞牛心包补片间皮细胞组织与周围结膜边缘融合在一起不能分清, 色泽外观与正常结膜易区别, 术后3个月植片色泽与结膜近似, 术后6个月植片成正常结膜色泽外观, 无结膜囊狭窄现象发生。对照组有植片溶解脱落与结膜囊狭窄等现象。两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=1.24, P=0.010)。结论改良脱细胞牛心包间皮细胞组织补片治疗结膜囊狭窄效果良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficay of modified acellular bovine pericardial patch in conjunctival sac plasty.Methods This was a retrospective case control study.The clinical data of 120 eyes of 120 patients with conjunctival sac stenosis from Jun.2010 to Jun.2021 in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou were analyzed.Patients were divided into modified acellular bovine pericardial dermal tissue patch group as the observation group and traditional bovine pericardial patch group as the control group,with 60 eyes of 60 cases in each group.Conjunctival sac transplantation was performed in all patients.The color,appearance and dissolution of the grafts were observed at 1 week,1,3 and 6 months after operation.At the same time,the satisfaction of the patients was investigated.Results The edges of acellular bovine pericardial patch were unclear and integrated with surrounding conjunctiva in the observation group at 1 month after operation,and the color and appearance were easy to be distinguished from that of normal conjunctiva.The color and appearance of grafts were similar to that of conjunctiva at 3 months after operation,and the grafts became normal conjunctival color and appearance at 6 months after operation,without conjunctival sac stenosis.There were dissolution and falling off of grafts and conjunctival sac stenosis in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=1.24,P=0.010).Conclusion The modified acellular bovine pericardial dermal tissue patch is effective in the treatment of conjunctival sacstenosis.
