摘要
目的分析血流感染患者的病原菌分布及耐药性情况。方法回顾性分析108例血流感染患者的临床资料,所有患者均进行血液培养,同时实施病原菌检测和药物敏感性试验。统计所有患者的病原菌检出、分布情况及耐药性。结果108例血流感染患者中分离出病原菌150株,其中革兰阴性菌86株、革兰阳性菌62株、酵母样真菌2株。药敏试验显示,革兰阴性菌对美罗培南和阿米卡星的药物敏感度最高,均为100.00%,其次为亚胺培南和头孢吡肟,药物敏感度均为93.02%。革兰阳性菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺的药物敏感度最高,均为100.00%,其次为达托霉素和奎奴普丁-达福普汀,药物敏感度均为98.39%。结论血流感染患者以革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌感染为主,多重耐药检出率不高,应注意在临床治疗中根据感染者的实际情况和药敏试验结果来选择可靠的抗菌药物。
Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in bloodstream infection.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with bloodstream infection were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were subjected to blood culture,pathogenic bacteria detection and drug sensitivity test.The detection,distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in all patients were counted.Results 150 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 108 patients with bloodstream infection,including 86 strains of gram-negative bacteria,62 strains of gram-positive bacteria and 2 strains of yeast-like fungi.The drug sensitivity test showed that the gram-negative bacteria had the highest sensitivity to meropenem and amikacin,both of which were 100.00%,followed by imipenem and cefepime,both of which were 93.02%.The sensitivity of gram-positive bacteria to vancomycin and linezolid was the highest,both of which were 100.00%,followed by daptomycin and quinupristin-dalfopristin,both of which were 98.39%.Conclusion Patients with bloodstream infections are mainly infected by gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria,and the detection rate of multi-drug resistance is not high.It should be noted that clinical treatment should be based on the actual situation of the infected person and the results of the drug susceptibility test to choose reliable antibiotics.
