摘要
BIM(建筑信息模型)技术和信息技术等新兴技术的出现促进了智慧建造的发展,也为施工单位带来了便利,而且随着BIM技术的不断应用,使市政工程建造过程的智能化也得到了大幅度提升,这对提高市政工程建设质量和安全的管理水平乃至整个行业的转型和升级具有积极作用。因此,就国内市政工程中BIM技术和智慧建造的产生和现阶段的应用情况进行了阐述;对BIM+GIS、装配式、数字化技术和BIM平台的应用进行了分析;发现了发展过程中软件适应性、应用性、成本投入、标准制定和人才管理等问题,并提出了相关的建议。
Building information model(BIM)technology,information technology and other emerging technologies have promoted the development of intelligent construction,and brought convenience to the construction units as well.With the continuous application of BIM technology,the intelligence of municipal engineering construction has also been greatly improved,which greatly improve the quality and safety management of municipal engineering construction and even the transformation and upgrading of the entire industry.Therefore,the generation and current application of BIM technology and intelligent construction are expounded in domestic municipal engineering.The applications of BIM+GIS,assembly type,digital technology and BIM platform are analyzed;The problems of software adaptability,applicability,cost investment,standard formulation and talent management are found during the development process,and relevant suggestions are put forward.
