摘要
针对传统内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)直接转矩控制及直接磁链控制中电机损耗较大问题,提出一种基于最大转矩电流比(MTPA)的效率优化方法.根据内置式永磁同步电机的数学模型,分析电机的功率损耗情况与其影响因素,有针对性地对可以减小的损耗进行降损,并采用最大转矩电流比控制法对电机进行控制.最后利用Simulink对电机运行特性进行仿真和分析,验证了采用最大转矩电流比控制法可提高永磁同步电机的效率.
A new efficiency optimization method based on Maximum Torque-Current Ratio(MTPA)is presented for the high loss of conventional built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)in direct torque control and direct magnetic chain control.First,according to the mathematical model of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor,the power loss of the motor and its influencing factors are analyzed,and the reduced loss is targeted.Then,the motor is controlled by the maximum torque-current ratio control method.Finally,the control model of the motor is built,simulated and analyzed by simulink.The efficiency of PMSM is improved by using the maximum torque-current ratio control method.
