摘要
教师工作事关社会主义现代化强国的建设进程,事关教育事业改革发展的成败,事关时代新人培养,推动教师工作高质量发展势在必行。医学院院校教师工作高质量发展要回归教育本真,以时代发展需求接轨,以立德树人为根本目标。建立有效工作机制,全面提升教师的政治素养、教育素养和责任素养。
Work of teachers is related to the construction of a powerful socialist modern country,the success or failure of the Reform and development of education,and the cultivation of new talents.It is imperative to promote the high-quality development of this work.The high-quality development of work for teachers in medical colleges and universities should return to the true nature of education,meet the needs of the times,and set up morality and cultivate people as the fundamental goal.Establish an effective working mechanism to improve teachers'political,educational and responsibility competence in an all-round way.
