鼠式护理干预对促进窒息新生儿神经及体格发育的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨鼠式护理干预在窒息新生儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年4月南阳市中心医院诊治的72例窒息新生儿的病历资料,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施鼠式护理干预。对比两组窒息新生儿行为神经功能、体格发育情况、神经系统损害发生情况。结果:护理前,两组窒息新生儿行为神经测定量表(NBNA)中各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.382、0.513、0.325、0.465、0.718,P>0.05);护理后,观察组NBNA中各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.902、6.953、6.786、11.357、5.574,P<0.05)。两组窒息新生儿体格发育情况比较,观察组头围、身长、体重增长值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.913、7.116、7.244,P<0.05)。两组窒息新生儿神经系统损害发生率比较,观察组神经系统损害发生率为5.56%,明显低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041)。结论:鼠式护理干预在窒息新生儿中应用,可有效改善患儿神经功能,促进体格发育,降低神经系统损害风险。 Objective:To explore the application effect of rat nursing intervention in asphyxia neonates.Methods:The medical records of 72 neonates with asphyxia who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rat nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The behavioral neurological function,physical development,and nervous system damage of the two groups of newborns were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)between the two groups(t=0.382,0.513,0.325,0.465,0.718,P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of NBNA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.902,6.953,6.786,11.357,5.574,P<0.05).The growth values of head circumference,body length and weight in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.913,7.116,7.244,P<0.05).The incidence of nervous system damage in the observation group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041).Conclusion:Rat nursing has an obvious effect on asphyxiated neonates,which can effectively improve the neurological function of children,promote physical development,and reduce the risk of nervous system damage.
