摘要
目的探讨益肾壮骨经验方、仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙剂在老年股骨颈骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年11月阳春市中医院收治的160例骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折老年患者作为研究对象,通过简单随机化分组的方法分为研究组(80例)与对照组(80例)。对照组实施骨化三醇、阿仑膦酸钠、钙剂基础治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合益肾壮骨经验方、仙灵骨葆胶囊进行治疗,疗程为12个月。比较两组治疗前后的骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)水平及骨密度T值、不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗前的BALP、Ca、P水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的BALP、Ca水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的骨密度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的骨密度值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾壮骨经验方联合仙灵骨葆胶囊、钙剂治疗可有效提高老年股骨颈骨折患者人工股骨头置换术后的骨密度,改善患者的各项骨代谢指标。
Objective To explore the application effect of Yishen Zhuanggu Experience Recipe and Xianlin Gubao Capsules and calcium agent in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods A total of 160 elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture admitted to Yangchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the study group(80 cases)and the control group(80 cases)by simple randomized grouping.The control group received the basic treatment of Calcitriol,Alendronate Sodium and calcium,while the study group received the treatment of Yishen Zhuanggu Experience Recipe and Xianling Gubao Capsules on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 months.The levels of bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),bone mineral density(BMD)T value and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of BALP,Ca,P between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of BALP and Ca in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the value of bone mineral density between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The value of bone mineral density of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Yishen Zhuanggu Experience Recipe combined with Xianling Gubao Capsules and calcium can effectively improve the bone density of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement,and improve various bone metabolism indicators of patients.
