摘要
随着我国社会发展水平的不断提升,不动产勘察及管理的技术体系也逐步向智慧化及自动化方向转型。文章在分析土地勘测定界的基础概念及具体操作的基础上,结合土地勘测定界工作的相关细节探讨摄影测量技术中应用广泛的无人机倾斜摄影测量技术。以某村镇新建设用地规划工程为案例,分析如何依托无人机倾斜摄影测量技术来完成土地工程的勘测定界。实践表明:在土地勘测定界工作中应用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术不仅可以提升作业效率和质量,还可以缩短作业时间,优化土地勘测定界工作的各项细节,从而为我国不动产勘测工作的创新奠定良好基础。
With the continuous improvement of China’s social development level, the technical system of real estate survey and management is gradually transforming to the direction of intelligence and automation. Therefore, based on the analysis of the basic concepts and specific operations of land survey and demarcation, combined with the relevant details of land survey and demarcation work, this paper discusses the widely used UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in photogrammetry technology. Taking a specific new construction land planning project in a village as an example, this paper analyzes how to complete the survey and demarcation of land engineering based on UAV tilt photogrammetry technology.The practice shows that the application of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in land survey and demarcation work can not only improve the efficiency and quality of operation,but also shorten the operation time and optimize the details of land survey and demarcation work, so as to lay a good foundation for the innovation of real estate survey in China.
