摘要
目的了解大学生的心理健康状况及特点,为心理健康教育提供指导。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对山西大学大一年级和大三年级共11655名学生使用中国大学生心理健康筛查量表进行问卷测评。结果大学生心理问题检出率为42.47%,得分排名前三的因子为就业压力(2.38±0.75)分、学业压力(2.31±0.63)分和网络成瘾(2.02±0.70)分;大学生心理健康状况在性别、年级、生源地、是否独生和学科上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论要重点关注大学生的就业压力、学业压力和网络成瘾;大学生心理健康教育应因性别、年级、生源地、是否独生及学科差异而针对地开展。
Objective This study aimed to explore the status and characteristics of college students′mental health and provide guidance for mental health education.Methods A questionnaire survey on college students′mental health screening scale was conducted among 11655 first-year and junior students of a university in Shanxi using a stratified cluster sampling method.Results The detection rate of mental disorders was42.47%.The top three were employment pressure(2.38±0.75),academic pressure(2.31±0.63),and internet addiction(2.02±0.70).Additionally,the mental health status of college students had significant differences based on sex,grade,and place of origin,whether they were only children or subject(P<0.05).Conclusion It is best to pay attention to employment pressure,academic pressure,and internet addiction of college students.Mental health education for college students should be carried out according to sex,grade,and place of origin,whether they are only children or have existing subject differences.
