摘要
研究旨在分析不同芒果叶的营养成分及活性成分,确定适合做鱼饲料的芒果叶品种。参照国标方法测定不同品种芒果叶中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、总糖、淀粉及粗纤维的含量以及黄酮和酚酸的含量,并研究不同芒果叶清除DPPH的能力。结果表明,金煌和圣心芒果叶中蛋白质含量为10.00 g/100 g和10.20 g/100g;象牙芒果叶中黄酮含量最高为0.0604 g/g,台农一号芒果叶中黄酮含量最低为0.0174 g/g,贵妃、圣心、金煌芒果叶中黄酮含量为0.03~0.05 g/g。台农一号、贵妃、象牙芒果叶酚酸含量均约为3.0000 mg/g,金煌芒果叶中酚酸含量为1.0585 mg/g。贵妃芒果叶黄酮含量为0.0492 g/g,酚酸含量为2.9189 mg/g,蛋白质含量为9.1 g/100 g。贵妃芒果叶在5种芒果叶中最适合做鱼饲料,能提供鱼所需要的营养物质,并且可以有效地防控鱼类疾病的发生和传播。
The active components of different mango leaf species were studied to determine the most suitable mango leaf species for fish feed.The contents of protein,fat,carbohydrate,total sugar,starch and crude fiber,flavonoids and phenolic acids in different mango leaves were determined,and the DPPH scavenging ability of different mango leaves was studied.The results showed that the contents of protein in Jinhuang and Shengxin mango leaves were 10.00 g/100 g and 10.20 g/100 g.The highest content of flavonoid was 0.0604 g/g in ivory leaves,the lowest content was 0.0174 g/g in Tainung NO mango leaves,and the content of flavonoid in Guifei,Shengxin and Jinhuang mango leaves was 0.03~0.04 g/g.The content of phenolic acid in mango leaves of Tainung NO,Guifei and Ivory was about 3.0000 mg/g,and that of Jinhuang mango leaves was 1.0585 mg/g.The flavonoid content,phenolic acid content and protein content of mango leaves were 0.0492 g/g,2.9189 mg/g and 9.1g/100g respectively.Mango leaves of Guifei were the most suitable for fish feed among the five kinds of mango leaves,which could provide nutrients needed by fish and effectively prevent and control the occurrence and spread of fish diseases.
