摘要
为了保证对水中硫化物运用碘量法测定结果的准确性,与污水内硫化物的特点结合,以《水质硫化物的测定碘量法》为依据,展开污水内硫化物碘量法测定实验,对硫酸、盐酸对硫化物测量实验结果的影响进行探讨,对不同通气时间与吹气速率测定发现,通气时间在40 min,吹气速率在5~7气泡/秒作为最佳检测条件。通过明确空白实验、加药次序、配置标准溶液、滴定终点等步骤后,得出结论:污水中硫化物的碘量法测定过程中,极易受上述4个影响因素的影响,可以在样品内加入盐酸完成酸化,在空白实验中需要运用滤纸,并严格控制测定反应过程中的加药次序,还要对滴定重点仔细观察。
In order to ensure the accuracy of the determination results of sulfides in water by iodometry,in combination with the characteristics of sulfides in sewage and based on the iodometry method for the determination of sulfides in water quality,the experiment of sulfide measurement in sewage was carried out,and the influence of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid on the experiment results of sulfide measurement was discussed.It was found that when the ventilation time was 40 min and the blowing rate was 5~7 Bubble/s,it was the best detection condition.After defining blank experiment,dosing sequence,standard solution configuration,titration endpoint and other steps,it is concluded that the determination of sulfides in sewage by iodometry is easily affected by the above four factors.Hydrochloric acid can be added to the sample to complete acidification.Filter paper should be used in the blank experiment,and the dosing sequence in the reaction process should be strictly controlled,and titration should be carefully observed.
