摘要
输电线杆塔接地体作为电力系统防雷的重要电力设备,可以有效减少输电线杆塔绝缘子闪络事故。当电力系统出现过电压时,接地体的性能是保障人员安全的防线。国内外输电设备接地所使用的接地材料以扁钢、不锈钢、铜、镀锌钢、不锈钢包钢、铜包钢等金属材料,这些金属接地材料最大的问题就是腐蚀性较强。在此情况下,出现了由非金属接地材料制成的改性硅酸盐复合接地材料,这种改性硅酸盐复合接地材料,不仅具有良好的导电功能,而且自身的防腐蚀性较好。通过对比不同地区的土壤取样腐蚀试验以及溶液加速腐蚀试验,得到改性硅酸盐复合接地材料的防腐蚀效果优于金属材料。
The transmission line tower grounding body is an important power equipment for lightning protection of the power system,which can effectively reduce the flashover accident of the transmission line tower insulator.When overvoltage occurs in the power system,the performance of the grounding body is the line of defense to ensure the safety of personnel.At present,the grounding materials used for grounding power transmission equipment at home and abroad are flat steel,stainless steel,copper,galvanized steel,stainless steel clad steel,copper clad steel and other metal materials.The biggest problem of these metal grounding materials is that they are highly corrosive.In this case,a modified silicate composite grounding material made of non-metallic grounding materials has appeared.This modified silicate composite grounding material not only has good electrical conductivity,but also has good corrosion resistance.By comparing the soil sampling corrosion test and solution accelerated corrosion test in different regions,the anti-corrosion effect of the modified silicate composite grounding material is far greater than that of the metal material.
