从浸金尾渣中回收叶碲铋矿选矿试验研究

摘要 叶碲铋矿极为罕见,对其选矿研究工作也很少。针对四川某浸金尾渣矿物粒度极细(-25μm含量占比80.23%)且不均匀、叶碲铋矿比重较大的特点,采用磁—重联合选矿工艺,以磁选预先除去粗粒磁黄铁矿,达到除杂和分级的效果,再送入悬振锥面选矿机重选脱泥得到粒度相对均匀的粗精矿,粗精矿再经过摇床重选最终获得含铋38.86%、碲17.83%,回收率分别为37.74%、37.98%的碲(铋)精矿。试验工艺流程简单,环保无污染,实现了对金浸渣中碲(铋)的有效综合回收,可为微细粒叶碲铋矿(Bi_(4)Te_(3))资源综合利用提供技术借鉴。 Pilsenite is very rare and there is little research on its beneficiation.According to the characteristics of a gold leaching tailings in Sichuan which is extremely fine(-25μm content accounting for 80.23%)and uneven and and has large proportion of pilsenite,the magnetic-gravity combined separation process is adopted to remove the,pyrrhotite by magnetic separation in advance to achieve the effect of impurity removal and classification,and then sent to the suspension vibration cone concentrator gravity separation desliming to obtain relatively uniform particle size coarse concentrate.Tellurium(bismuth)concentrate containing 38.86%of tellurium and 17.83%of bismuth,and recoveres of 37.74%and 37.98%were obtained by table concentrator gravity separation.The experimental process is simple,environmentally friendly and pollution-free,realizing the effective comprehensive recovery of tellurite(bismuth)from gold leaching residue,which can provide technical reference for comprehensive utilization of micro-grained pilsenite(_(Bi_(4)Te3)resources).
