摘要 为保障数据洞库特大断面隧道洞库排风畅通,在各隧道设置竖向矩形排风井。并做好竖井锁口圈梁,竖井开挖采用倒挂井壁法施工,施工过程中及时做好竖井支护,并由井底向上进行滑模衬砌施工。满足了数据洞库排风及竖井防水等级要求,提高了混凝土的整体质量。施工中研发的竖井衬砌滑模设备、竖井混凝土浇筑布料装置,解决了布料难、“冷缝”等问题。因此,提高了竖井工效及衬砌混凝土防水的整体质量。 To ensure smooth ventilation of the super large section tunnel of the data cavern,vertical rectangular exhaust shafts are set in each tunnel,in which the shaft locking ring beam need to well prepared.The shaft excavation shall be carried out by hanging the shaft wall upside down.During the construction,the shaft support shall be provided in a timely manner,and the slip form lining construction shall be carried out from the bottom of the shaft upward.The proposed crafts meet the requirements of air exhaust of data cavern and waterproof grade of shaft,improving the overall quality of concrete.The shaft lining slip form equipment,and shaft concrete placing and distribution device developed during construction solved the problems of difficult distribution and cold joint.Therefore,the work efficiency of the shaft and the overall quality of waterproof lining concrete are improved.
