柴油机发电模块运输底座变型设计及优化

摘要 针对传统运输底座设计过程效率较低,难以兼顾多个设计目标的问题,基于Inventor二次开发平台,以典型运输底座为母型,建立客户满意度与设计目标的函数模型,对三组典型设计方案进行分析,结合满意度优化形成最满意方案,相比于三组变型设计方案,质量均有降低,最大应力也均有降低,综合满意度均有提高,表明变型设计结合满意度优化可以提高设计效率、兼容多个设计目标,可提高运输底座设计的数字化水平。 The traditional design procedure of transport base is inefficient and it's difficult to make all design objectives compatible.A parameterized variant design was carried out based on a prototype base in Inventor secondary development platform,and the satisfactory-objectives model was set up.Three designs were produced through variant design,and one satisfying design was gained after satisfactory optimization.Compared with the original three designs,the weight of the satisfying design is lighter,the maximum Von Mises stress is smaller and the satisfactory level is higher.So the variant design combined with satisfactory optimization would improve design efficiency and make different objectives compatible,and advance the digital level of transport base design.
