摘要
铁路货车制动系统在运行过程中的性能状态主要靠列检来检查,目前世界各国尚无成熟的在线监测解决方案。要实现对车辆制动系统的实时监测,必须有针对制动系统的数据采集和传输功能的车载装置。数据的采集和传输都需要消耗电能。货车车辆既无通信电缆,也没有供电电缆,因此,要实现制动在线监测,首先需要解决车辆车载在低功耗条件下的无线通信问题。文章介绍了一种车载低功耗制动监测数据传输解决方案。采用节点分群组网、通信路径选优与自我修复等稳定网络技术手段,以及自动休眠、智能唤醒等电源管理及节能技术手段,使之适合现有铁路货车无通信电缆,线路存在隧道、桥梁等特殊运用环境,助力铁路货车制动系统实现在线监测。
During the operation process,the performance status of railway freight car braking system is mainly checked by train inspection.At present,there is no mature online monitoring solution in the world.In order to realize real-time monitoring of vehicle braking system,it is necessary to have on-board devices for data acquisition and transmission functions of the braking system.The acquisition and transmission of data require power consumption.There is neither communication cable nor power supply cable for freight cars.Therefore,in order to achieve online braking monitoring,it is necessary to solve the wireless communication problem of on-board vehicle under the condition of low power consumption.This paper introduces a solution for data transmission of brake monitoring of on-board low power consumption.In this paper,the technology of node clustering and networking,communication path optimization and self-healing and other network stabilizing technologies,as well as power management and energy saving technologies such as automatic sleep and intelligent wake-up are used to make it suitable for the existing wireless communication cables of railway freight cars.The line has special application environments such as tunnels and bridges,so as to help the railway freight car braking system achieve online monitoring.
