摘要
介绍了我国铁路货车修程修制的发展,与国外铁路货车修程修制进行了对比分析,并从转向架的技术适应性、安全可行性等方面探讨了摆动式转向架与我国铁路货车修程修制改革的适应性。分析研究认为,摆动式转向架技术性能稳定,各部件的磨耗周期均大于现行检修周期,且磨耗到限后的运行指标仍然能满足要求,摆动式转向架能适应修程修制改革延长检修周期的要求。
This paper introduces the development of repair class and repair system of railway freight car in China,conducts the comparative analysis with the repair class and repair system of railway freight car abroad,and probes into the adaptability of the swing motion bogie and the reform of the railway freight car repair class and repair system in China from the aspects of the technical adaptability and safety feasibility of the bogie.Through analysis and research,it is believed that the technical performance of the swing motion bogie is stable,the wear cycle of each component is greater than the current maintenance cycle,and the operation index after the wear reaches the limit can still meet the requirements,and the swing motion bogie can adapt to the requirements of the repair class and repair system reform to extend the maintenance cycle.
