摘要
为提高联合火力打击目标选择的客观性,提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法组合的目标选择模型。该模型使用组合评价法,将主客观赋权方法结合,分析目标价值影响因素并构建目标评价指标体系,从而实现科学全面的目标价值排序,合理选择关键目标。以联合火力打击背景下进攻性制空作战目标选择为例进行分析,结果表明组合评价法具有较好的客观性和有效性。
In order to improve the objectivity of target selection in joint fire attack,a model based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method was proposed for target selection.The model used a combined evaluation method,which combined the subjective and objective weighting methods.The influence factors of target value was analyzed and a target evaluation index system was constructed,so as to achieve a scientific and comprehensive ranking of target value and rationally select key targets.For example,the target election of offensive counter-air(OCA)based on joint fire attack was analyzed and the result showed that the combined evaluation method had good objectivity and effectiveness.
