Design of Auxiliary Power Supply for Electric Vehicle

摘要 为了满足电动汽车低压设备用电需要,基于控制芯片UC3844设计了一款多路输出的反激式电动汽车辅助电源。主要包括控制芯片外围电路的设计、高频变压器的设计、电压反馈电路的设计和缓冲吸收电路的设计等,并通过实验验证了设计电路的有效性和可靠性。实验结果表明,设计的电源具有体积小、输出电压稳定、精度高等优点,满足辅助电源的设计要求。 In order to meet the power demand of low-voltage equipment of electric vehicles,a multi-output flyback auxiliary power supply for electric vehicles is designed based on the control chip UC3844.It mainly includes the design of the peripheral circuit of the control chip,the design of high-frequency transformer,the design of voltage feedback circuit and the design of buffer and absorption circuit,etc.The validity and reliability of the designed circuit are verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the designed power supply has the advantages of small size,stable output voltage and high precision,which can meet the design requirements of auxiliary power supply.
