摘要
研究了电化学法以甲醇为原料制备甲缩醛的反应条件,考察了反应介质中氢离子浓度、反应电压、反应时间等因素对反应的影响。研究结果表明,氢离子浓度和反应电压是该反应能否发生的两个关键参数,两者对该反应存在协同作用。其最佳的反应条件为:氢离子浓度1.84mol/L~3.68mol/L,反应电压2~3V,反应时长4~8h。
The reaction conditions for the preparation of methanal from methanol by electrochemical method were studied. The effects of hydrogen ion concentration, reaction voltage and reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The results show that hydrogen ion concentration and reaction voltage are two key parameters for the reaction, and they have a synergistic effect on the reaction. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: hydrogen ion concentration 1.84mol/L~3.68mol/L, reaction voltage 2~3V, reaction time 4~8h.
