摘要
1例非结核分枝杆菌肺病患者,因为全耐药而选择中医药治疗,四诊合参,辨证为脾虚、痰热滞肺,治以健脾化痰、清热凉血,处方以陈夏六君子汤化裁。服用中药3个月后,药敏试验显示2种药物敏感,7个月后对7种药物敏感,之后选用敏感药物抗感染治疗1.5年后痊愈,表明中医药一定程度上能够逆转非结核分枝杆菌的耐药,可为后续的抗感染治疗打下良好基础。
A patient with nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease was treated with traditional Chinese medicine because of full drug resistance.Combination of four diagnostic methods,syndrome differentiation of the patient was spleen deficiency,phlegm-heat obstructing the lung,treatment is invigorating the spleen and removing phlegm,clearing heat and cooling blood and the prescription was modified Chenxia Liujunzi decoction.The drug sensitivity test showed that 2 kinds of drugs were sensitive after taking Chinese medicine for 3 months,7 kinds of drugs were sensitive after taking Chinese medicine for 7 months,and then the patient was cured after 1.5 years of anti-infective treatment with sensitive drugs.It showed that traditional Chinese medicine can reverse the drug resistance of nontuberculosis mycobacteria to a certain extent,and it can lay a good foundation for the subsequent anti-infective treatment.
