摘要
针对某齿轮油泵壳体铸件的特点、成型工艺以及存在的问题,从铸造工艺确定、分型面选择、浇铸系统设计以及冒口和冷铁设计等方面对该铸件工艺进行了设计,还从模样设计、砂箱设计、砂芯设计对铸造工艺装备进行了设计,该设计方案使用ProCAST软件对铸件的充型过程以及充型结果进行模拟,从充型过程中的温度分布及变化得出此方案合理。
In view of the casting characteristics,processability,and existing problems of a gear oil pump shell,the process design of the part was carried out from the aspects of casting process de⁃termination,parting surface selection,casting system design,riser,and chill design and the casting process equipment.Also,it was designed from the aspects of pattern design,sand box design,and sand core design.The filling process and results of the casting were simulated by using ProCAST software.From the temperature distribution and changes in the filling process,the scheme was rea⁃sonable.
