摘要
本文依据鞋类实验室特点,通过分析影响实验室检测准确性的风险因素,采用矩阵法对其风险概率和可能影响结果危害的程度进行打分评价,并采用Bow-tie模型对所有风险项目构建了风险管理体系,同时设置了预防性措施屏障和减缓性措施屏障,最后,对实验室检测准确性的风险管理进行了针对性的探讨。
According to the characteristics of footwear laboratory, this paper analyzed the risk factors that affect the accuracy of laboratory testing, used the matrix method to score the risk probability and the degree of harm that may affect the results, and used the Bow-tie model to construct a risk management system for all risk items. At the same time, a preventive measure barrier and a mitigation measure barrier were set up. Finally, the risk management of the accuracy of laboratory testing was discussed.
