机会窗口视角下的颠覆性创新模式研究——基于中美日代表性新能源汽车企业的比较分析 被引量:14

Research on Disruptive Innovation Model from the Perspective of Opportunity Window——Based on the Comparative Analysis of Representative New Energy Vehicle Enterprises in China,the United States and Japan

摘要 选取比亚迪、特斯拉与丰田3家代表性的新能源汽车(NEV)企业作为研究对象,从“价值主张”与“价值实现”两个维度,分析凝练3个案例企业的颠覆性创新模式;基于机会窗口视角,阐释“NEV企业面对不同类型的机会窗口时,是如何设计有效的颠覆性创新模式,以帮助企业建立不同类型价值优势”的内在规律。研究发现:在同一行业当中,可以同时出现环境支持型、跨界融合型以及协同创新型三种不同的颠覆性创新模式。以制度机会窗口为驱动的企业,环境支持型模式能助其获取经济价值优势;以需求机会窗口为驱动的企业,借助跨界融合型模式能获取顾客价值优势;以技术机会窗口为驱动的企业,实施协同创新型模式能获取系统价值优势。 This paper selects BYD,Tesla and Toyota as objects, summarizes the practical experience of disruptive innovation of the case enterprises, and makes a comparative analysis based on the value proposition and value realization dimension, so as to refine the three modes of disruptive innovation.Furthermore, based on the perspective of opportunity window, it analyzes how NEV enterprises design effective disruptive innovation mode to help enterprises establish value advantage when facing different types of opportunity window.Results show that, in the same industry, different disruptive innovation models can appear at the same time, included three different disruptive innovation models-environment-supported, cross-border integration, and collaborative innovation.When enterprises are faced with the type of opportunity window dominated by institutional opportunity window, environment supported mode can help enterprises obtain economic value advantage;enterprises driven by demand opportunity window will obtain customer value advantage with the help of Cross-border integration mode;enterprises focusing on technological opportunity window can obtain system value advantage through the implementation of collaborative innovation mode.
