摘要 化工工艺设计和经营管理过程中,要特别注意对各种化工产品的操作流程以及整体设计进行规范管理,以提升化工工艺的设计水平。文章以化工工艺设计作为切入点,简要叙述工艺设计概念、工艺特征,并结合危险源识别,阐述化工工艺设计期间的危险识别措施与危险优化控制策略,旨在有效预防和减少生产安全事故,为化工企业营造安全、稳定的生产环境。 In the process of chemical process safety design and operation management, special attention should be paid to the standard management of the operation process and the overall design of various chemical products, so as to improve the safety design of chemical process. The article to chemical process safety design as the entry point, briefly describes the process design concept, process characteristics, and combined with hazard identification, expounds the chemical process safety design during the hazard identification measures and risk optimization control strategy, aims to effectively prevent and reduce production safety accidents, to create a safe and stable production environment for chemical enterprises.
