摘要
为掌握楸树古树嫁接苗的高生长规律,以5省23个地市古树资源为无性繁殖材料,采用1a生枝条作为接穗:1a生梓树实生苗为砧木进行芽接,对其苗高生长量进行调查分析。结果表明:楸树古树嫁接苗高121.5~222.8cm,平均值为184.12cm,变异系数为0.1468,高生长量之间存在极显著差异,并与古树所在纬度呈极显著正相关。不同采集地楸树古树的嫁接苗生长节律呈明显的“S”型生长曲线,即呈现出“慢快慢”的生长规律;7~8月是楸树古树嫁接苗高生长的速生期,连续高生长增量占总生长量的78%以上。
In order to understand the height growth law of the grafted seedlings of ancient catalpa trees,the ancient tree resources in 23 cities of 5 provinces were used as clonal propagation materials,the 1-year-old branches were used as scions for grafting,and the 1-year-old seedlings were used as rootstocks for budding,and the height growth of the seedlings was investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the height growth of seedlings of ancient catalpa trees collected from different regions was 121.5 ~ 222.8 cm,the average value was184.12 cm,and the coefficient of variation was 0.1468 in one production cycle after grafting.The height growth of grafted seedlings of ancient tree branches collected from different regions had significant differences,and the height growth was significantly positively correlated with the latitude of ancient trees.The growth rhythm of grafted seedlings of ancient catalpa trees in different collection places showed an obvious "S" type growth curve,that was,a“slowfast-slow”growth law;July and August was the fast growing period for the height growth of the grafted seedlings of ancient catalpa trees,and the continuous height growth increment accounts for more than 78% of the total growth.
