摘要
在生态脆弱区发展生态农业是生态恢复和乡村振兴的重要途径,而选择何种形式的土地经营组织则关系到生态农业发展的可持续性。本文以生态脆弱区重庆市巫山县为研究区,设定农户在采用生态农业技术时的土地经营组织选择意愿为自种自地、转入土地和土地股份合作三种由低级到高级的土地经营形式。利用Ologit模型,分析了土地禀赋、农户禀赋和外部环境对农户选择土地经营组织意愿的影响。结果表明:(1)坡耕地面积、坡耕地相对于平坝田的面积比、坡耕地的细碎化程度越大,则农户选择的土地经营组织形式越趋于高级化;(2)年龄越小、文化程度越高和农业收入比越大,则农户选择土地经营组织的意愿越趋于高级化;(3)政府支持、信贷扶持和市场风险促进土地经营组织选择意愿的高级化。因此,在生态脆弱区推动土地经营组织高级化时,必须考虑当地的土地禀赋、农户禀赋和外部环境等因素。
The development of ecological agriculture in ecologically fragile areas was an important way for ecological restoration and rural revitalization,and the form of land management organization was related to the sustainability of the development of ecological agriculture. Taking the ecologically fragile area of Wushan county in Chongqing city as the research area,this paper set three alternatives on land management organizations when adopting ecological agriculture technology from lower level to higher level:self-planting,transferring land,and land stock cooperation. The influence of land endowment,farmer endowment and external environment on farmers’ choice of land management organization was analyzed by using Ologit model. The results are shown as follows:(1) the greater the area of sloping farmland,the area ratio of sloping farmland to flat dam field,and the fragmentation degree of sloping farmland,the more advanced the form of land management organization chosen by farmers;(2)the younger age,the higher education level and the agricultural income ratio would promote advanced choice of farmers in choosing land management organizations;(3) Government support,credit support and market risks would promote advanced choice in land management organizations. Therefore,when promoting advanced land management organizations in ecologically fragile areas,local factors such as land endowments,farmer endowment and external environment must be considered.
