摘要
本文通过收集日常检测过程中的水中氨氮质控样品的氨氮检测结果,绘制氨氮均值-标准差质量控制图(以下简称质控图)和氨氮标准值-不确定度质控图,利用质控图中数据的分布特点,判断检测结果的可靠性、稳定性,确定水质氨氮检测过程是否有异常情况,探讨质控图在水质氨氮检测过程中的应用。
This paper collects the results of ammonia nitrogen quality control samples in the daily testing process,draws the ammonia nitrogen mean value-standard deviation quality control chart and ammonia nitrogen standard value-uncertainty quality control chart,and discusses the application of the quality control chart in the ammonia nitrogen detection process.Use the distribution characteristics of the data in the quality control chart to judge the reliability and stability of the test re⁃sults.Determine whether there are any abnormalities in the ammonia nitrogen detection process.
