摘要
充分利用可再生能源是我国能源转型和过渡能源的合理选择。应系统评估各类可再生能源的开发条件,突出可再生能源市场化低成本发展,统筹做好可再生能源本地消纳和跨省区输送,加快推进可再生能源产业的技术进步和产业体系建设,出台支持可再生能源发展的长效机制和政策措施,使可再生能源成为引领能源生产和消费革命的主流,为实现碳达峰、碳中和目标奠定坚实的基础。
Making full use of renewable energy is a reasonable choice for China’s energy transition and transitional energy.We should systematically assess the development conditions of all kinds of renewable energy,highlight the market-oriented and low-cost development of renewable energy,coordinate the local consumption and cross-provincial transmission of renewable energy,accelerate the technological progress and industrial system construction of renewable energy industry,introduce long-term mechanism and policy measures to support the development of renewable energy,make renewable energy become the mainstream of leading the energy production and consumption revolution,and lay a solid foundation to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
