支座类型对重载铁路简支梁动力响应影响研究 被引量:2

Influence Research of Dynamic Performance on Heavy-Haul Railway Simply-Supported Bridge Accused by Different Bearing

摘要 为研究板式橡胶支座(简称板座)和球型支座(简称球座)在重载铁路桥梁中的适用性和差异性,以某重载铁路3座桥梁作为研究对象,采用现场试验方法,对比研究板座和球座对重载铁路桥梁结构振动、冲击和变形的影响规律。研究结果表明:板座具有较大的弹性和抗剪切变形能力,而球座则具有更大的刚度、转动性能、耐久性和显著降低的横竖向位移变形等特点;相对于板座,球座应用引起列车对支座和桥梁结构更大的冲击作用,进而引起支座响应频率、桥跨动挠度和阻尼比增大,但球座的应用也引起桥跨结构横向动力响应显著降低,有利于行车安全,并且对桥墩振动、桥跨竖向振动和桥跨自振性能的影响较小。因此,球座给桥梁结构提供了更好的稳定性和可靠性。 In order to study the applicability and difference of elastomeric bearing and spherical bearing in heavy-haul railway bridge,three bridges of a heavy-haul railway are taked as the research object The effects of vibra⁃tion,impact and deformation of key components of railway bridge are studied comparatively.The results show that the elastomeric bearing has great elasticity and shear resistance,while the spherical bearing has the characteristics of greater stiffness,rotational performance,durability and significantly reduced transverse and vertical displacement.Compared with the elastomeric bearing,the spherical bearing application causes more impact on the bearing and bridge structure,which leads to the increase of the response frequency of the support,the span deflection and the damping ratio of the bridge.The spherical pedestal also results in significant reduction of trans⁃verse dynamic response of bridge,and has little influence on pier vibration,vertical vibration and self-vibration performance of bridge.The spherical bearing provides better stability and reliability for the bridge structure than the plate rubber bearing does.
