摘要
主要围绕芬太尼类新精神活性物质及其类似化合物的药学与毒理学性质,通过检索大量关于芬太尼类新精神活性物质的学术资料,阐述了芬太尼类新精神活性物质的典型化学特征,并概述了其药物毒理学特征以及滥用所带来的健康风险,并对当下较为常用的检测该类物质的方法进行了归纳与总结。
Focusing on the pharmaceutical and toxicological properties of the new psychoactive substances of fentanyl and their analogues,the typical chemical characteristics of the new psychoactive substances of fentanyl are described by retrieving a large number of academic materials about the new psychoactive substances of fentanyl,and the drug toxicological characteristics and the health risks caused by abuse are summarized.The commonly used methods for detecting such substances are summarized.
