摘要
为了降低热聚石油树脂的色号及提高生产效率,本文以C_(5)馏分、双环戊二烯(DCPD)和C_(9)馏分为原料,采用两段热聚合成法进行共聚反应制备C_(5)/DCPD/C_(9)共聚石油树脂。首先以C_(5)馏分为原料,在温度240℃、压力5.5MPa的条件下,热聚合反应6h,得到碳五低聚物,然后再将碳五低聚物、双环戊二烯(DCPD)、C_(9)馏分三者的混合物,在压力0.55-0.70MPa、温度为260℃的条件下,反应3-7小时,得到色号为4.0-5.0的浅色石油树脂。同时确定了在260°C反应4小时为最佳反应时间,所得石油树脂的软化点、色度、酸值、灰分等主要性能指标均达到优级品国家标准。
In order to reduce the color number and improve the production efficiency of the thermopolymerized petroleum resin,the C_(5),DCPD,C_(9) copolymer was prepared by two-stage thermopolymerization with C_(5) fraction,DCPD and C_(9) fraction as raw materials.The C_(5) oligomer was prepared by thermal polymerization of C_(5) fraction at 240℃and 5.5 MPa pressure for 6 h,then the mixture of C_(5) oligomer,DCPD and C_(9) fraction was prepared,under the condition of pressure 0.55-0.70MPa and temperature 260℃,the light-colored petroleum resin with color number 4.0-5.0 was obtained by reaction for 3-7 hours.At the same time,the optimum reaction time was determined to be 4 hours at 260℃.The softening point,Chroma,acid value and ash content of the obtained petroleum resin were all up to the national standard of high-grade products.
