摘要
目的对比iRoot SP、AH Plus和氧化锌丁香油糊剂在根管充填术中的临床疗效。方法选取井冈山大学附属医院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的90例慢性牙髓炎患者(103颗下颌第一磨牙)作为研究对象,按抽签法随机分为A组30例(36颗牙齿),B组32例(33颗牙齿)和C组28例(34颗牙齿),A组采用iRoot SP糊剂充填根管,B组采用AH Plus糊剂充填根管,C组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填根管。比较3组术后7 d疼痛反应以及术后12个月的临床疗效。结果A组和B组充填根管后7 d的疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均优于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组充填根管后12个月的临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论iRoot SP糊剂和AH Plus糊剂都可以显著减少根管充填后的疼痛反应,并有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of iRoot SP,AH Plus and Zinc oxide eugenol paste filling in root canal.Methods 90 patients with Chronic pulpitis(103 Mandibular first molar)whose Selected in our hospital between January 2018 to January 2019,divided into group A:30 cases(36 teeth),group B:32 cases(33 teeth)and group C:28 cases(34 teeth)as the research object according to the draw method,the group A used iRoot SP paste filling root canal,group B used AH Plus and group C used zinc oxide clove oil paste,comparing postoperative pain reactionthree with three groups in 7 days and the clinical efficacy in 12 months.Results The pain response of group A and group B were relatively mild after root canal filling in 7 days,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,compared with group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of group A and group B were ideal after root canal filling in 12 months,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,compared with group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion iRoot SP and AH Plus can significantly reduce the pain response after root canal filling,and have relatively good clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
