摘要
目的分析补肾益气活血化浊中药复方对卵巢功能低下性不孕症患者血清性激素水平及妊娠成功率的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月郑州市第二人民医院105例卵巢功能低下性不孕症患者,根据就诊时间编号,应用随机数字表法分为研究组(53例)、常规组(52例)。常规组接受常规西医治疗,研究组基于常规组加用补肾益气活血化浊中药复方,对比两组总有效率、卵巢功能相关指标、血清性激素水平[孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)]、妊娠成功率、排卵率及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后与常规组比较,研究组子宫内膜厚度较高,窦卵泡数、卵巢体积较低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组E_(2)、P高于常规组,FSH低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月随访,研究组排卵率、妊娠成功率均高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗过程中,不良反应发生率组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾益气活血化浊中药复方治疗卵巢功能低下性不孕症能改善卵巢功能,降低血清性激素水平,可提高患者排卵率、妊娠成功率,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effects of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huazhuo Chinese herbal combination on the serum sex hormone levels and pregnancy success rate in patients with ovarian hypofertility.Methods One hundred and five patients with low ovarian function infertility in Zhengzhou second people’s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group(53 cases)and conventional group(52 cases)by applying computerized random number table according to the time of consultation number.The conventional group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated based on the conventional group with the addition of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huazhuo Chinese herbal compound.The total effective rate,ovarian function-related indexes,serum sex hormone levels[progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],pregnancy success rate,ovulation rate and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the conventional group,the uterine membrane thickness was higher in the study group,and the number of sinus follicles and ovarian volume were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,E_(2) and P were higher in the study group than in the conventional group,and FSH was lower than in the conventional group(P<0.05).At 6 months follow-up after treatment,the ovulation rate and pregnancy success rate in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ovarian hypofertility with the Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huazhuo Chinese herbal compound can improve ovarian function and lower serum sex hormone levels,which can increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy success rate of patients with remarkable effects.
