摘要
目的探析脊神经后支脉冲射频联合臭氧治疗在腰椎术后综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选取驻马店广济医院2020年3月至2021年8月收治的60例腰椎术后综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组接受臭氧治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用脊神经后支脉冲射频术;所有患者均于治疗后接受为期1 a随访,比较两组患者治疗后1 a的临床疗效以及治疗前(T_(1))、治疗后1个月(T_(2))、治疗后6个月(T_(3))、治疗后1 a(T_(4))的疼痛情况[视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)]和腰椎功能障碍情况[Oswesttry功能障碍指数法(ODI)]。结果治疗后1 a,观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)时VAS评分较T_(1)时逐渐降低,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)时ODI指数较T_(1)时逐渐降低,且观察组ODI指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊神经后支脉射频术联合臭氧治疗腰椎术后综合征患者疗效显著,可缓解疼痛情况,改善腰椎功能障碍。
Objective To explore the effect of radiofrequency of posterior branch of spinal nerve accompanied by ozone in patients with lumbar postoperative syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar postoperative syndrome treated in Zhumadian Guangji Hospital from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided by a random number table method into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with ozone,and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency ablation of the posterior branch of spinal nerve based on the control group.All patients were followed up for one year after treatment.The clinical efficacy one year after treatment,the pain[visual analog pain scale(VAS)]and lumbar dysfunction[oswesttry dysfunction index(ODI)]before treatment(T_(1)),one month after treatment(T_(2)),six months after treatment(T_(3))and one year after treatment(T_(4))of patients in both groups were compared.Results One year after treatment,compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS scores of both groups at T_(2),T_(3) and T_(4) were decreased gradually than those at T_(1),and compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The ODI scores of both groups at T_(2),T_(3) and T_(4) were decreased gradually than those at T_(1),and compared with the control group,the ODI scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation of the posterior branch of spinal nerve accompanied by ozone is effective in the treatment of patients with lumbar postoperative syndrome,which can alleviate pain and improve lumbar dysfunction.
