摘要
目的探讨四肢联动训练仪联合康复训练对帕金森病患者平衡功能、行走及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2021年7月商丘市第一人民医院收治的80例帕金森患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受康复训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受四肢联动训练仪干预,两组均干预8周。分别于干预前、干预8周时比较两组平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]、步态情况、起立-行走时间与生活质量[帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)]。结果干预8周时,两组BBS评分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组步频、步长、步速均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组起立-行走时间均缩短,且观察组短于对照组(P<0.05);两组PDQ-39评分均较降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四肢联动训练仪联合康复训练干预可改善帕金森病患者平衡功能与步行能力,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of limb linkage training instrument combined with rehabilitation training on balance function,walking and quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods From July 2018 to July 2021,80 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to the Shangqiu First People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group received limb linkage training instrument on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 8 weeks.The balance function[Berg balance scale(BBS)],gait,standing walking time and quality of life[Parkinson’s disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)]of the two groups were compared before and at 8 weeks of intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,BBS scores in both groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The step frequency,step length and step speed of the two groups were increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The standing walking time was shorter in both groups,and shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PDQ-39 in both groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Limb linkage training instrument combined with rehabilitation training intervention can improve the balance function and walking ability of patients with Parkinson’s disease,and improve their quality of life.
