摘要
在聚酰亚胺薄膜传统合成工艺的基础上,将经过光化学反应的肉桂酸酯引入到聚酰亚胺中,合成了含肉桂酸酯基团的聚酰亚胺薄膜,并对其进行红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振、力学性能分析。红外光谱分析结果表明,合成的聚合物薄膜为经过肉桂酸酯改性的聚酰亚胺薄膜。将改性后的和未改性的聚酰亚胺薄膜进行紫外光谱及力学性能分析,经过光化学反应的含肉桂酸酯基团的聚酰亚胺薄膜,具有较好的光学性能和力学性能。研究结果能够为聚酰亚胺类化合物的研究提供一定参考。
Polyimide is a kind of polymer material with strong thermal stability and rigidity.In the actual production and application process,there are some problems such as strong rigidity,large processing difficulty coefficient and poor optical properties.In order to overcome the defects of polyimide.The traditional process of polyimide film synthesis was designed.The cinnamate was introduced into polyimide through photochemical reaction,and the polyimide film containing cinnamate group was synthesized.The infrared spectrum,ultraviolet spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results of infrared spectrum analysis showed that the synthesized polymer film was polyimide film modified by cinnamate.The UV spectrum and mechanical properties of modified and unmodified polyimide films were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the polyimide film containing cinnamate group after photochemical reaction had better optical and mechanical properties.The research results can provide some reference for the research of polyimide compounds.
