摘要
全域土地综合整治区域生态修复效果评估是绿色生态城市建设的重要手段,数据、指标和模型方法是开展评估的基础和主要工具。目前关于全域土地综合整治评估指标体系的相关研究较少,还存在一定的盲目性。本文综合考虑社会效益、生态效益和经济效益,构建了包含1个目标层、4个准则层、18个评价指标适合全域土地综合整治区域的综合修复效果评估体系。指标体系从生态系统结构与质量、生态系统服务、生态系统变化驱动力以及经济和社会效益4个准则层,综合评估全域土地综合整治区域生态修复效果。本文为全域土地综合整治提出系统性的量化参照系,为大都市区域国土空间生态修复工作提供理论基础。
Evaluation index system for ecological restoration effect on comprehensive land consolidation region is an important means of green ecological city construction. Data, index systems and model methods are the basic tools for evaluation. At present, there are few researches on the evaluation index system of comprehensive land consolidation and some blindness exists. The index system for ecological restoration effect on comprehensive land consolidation region of this paper was constructed, which included 1 target layer, 4 criteria layer and 18 evaluation indexes, which grasped the balance between ecology and social economy. The index system reasonably evaluated the effects of regional ecological restoration from four aspects: ecosystem structure and quality, ecosystem services, driving forces of ecosystem change, economic and social benefits. This paper puts forward a systematic quantitative reference system for ecological restoration practice, and provides theoretical basis for urban ecological restoration.
