摘要
习近平关于人类命运共同体重要论述,作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是由历史逻辑、理论逻辑、时代逻辑与实践逻辑共同组成的科学理论体系,深刻回答了“建设一个什么样的世界、各国承担什么样的责任”的时代之问。其历史逻辑主要体现在弘扬党承担世界责任的实践;其理论逻辑集中体现在创造性继承马克思世界历史理论与中华民族“和合”理念,反思西方和平思想;其时代逻辑突出体现在直面当代全球化困境,回应人类发展诉求;其实践逻辑则着重体现为以政党互信为前提、以经济互利为基础、以文明互鉴为动力的中国方案。准确把握这四重逻辑及其内在关系,有助于深刻认识习近平关于人类命运共同体重要论述的重要理论价值与实践旨趣。
As an important part of Xi Jin-ping′s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,Xi Jin-ping′s important discourse on a human community with a shared future is a scientific theoretical system composed of historical logic,theoretical logic,contemporary logic and practical logic,which profoundly answers the question of the times of"what kind of world to build,and what kind of responsibility to assume by all countries".Its historical logic is mainly embodied in the practice of carrying forward the Party′s responsibility to the world;its theoretical logic is embodied in the creative inheritance of Marx′s world history theory and the idea of"harmony"of the Chinese nation,and reflection on the Western thought of peace;its contemporary logic is prominently reflected in facing the dilemma of contemporary globalization and responding to the demands of human development;its practical logic is mainly embodied in the Chinese programme based on party mutual trust,economic mutual benefit and mutual learning among civilizations.An accurate grasp of the fourfold logic and their internal relations will help us to deeply understand the important theoretical value and practical purport of Xi Jin-ping′s important discussion on a human community with a shared future.
