摘要
试验旨在探究中草药对和田黑鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和抗氧化功能的影响。选择35日龄和田黑鸡350只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复14只鸡。对照组和田黑鸡饲喂基础日粮,抗生素照组在基础日粮加0.1%金霉素预混剂,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.5%、1.0%中草药。试验期77 d。结果显示:与对照组和抗生素组相比,试验Ⅰ组和田黑鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组和田黑鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著提高(P<0.01);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和田黑鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著提高(P<0.01)。研究表明,添加1%的中草药对和田黑鸡的饲喂效果较好。
The experiment aimed to explore the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance,slaughter performance and antioxidant function of Hetian black chickens.A total of three hundred and fifty 35-day-old Hetian black chickens were selected,and randomly divided into five group,with five replicates in each group and 14 chickens in each replicate.The chickens in control group were fed with basic diet,chickens in antibiotics group were fed with basic diet supplement with 0.1%chlortetracycline premix,and chickens in groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwere fed with basic diet supplement with 0.1%,0.5%and 1.0%Chinese herbal medicine.The trial period was 77 d.The results showed that compared with control group and antibiotics group,the activity of SOD in serum of Hetian black chickens in groupⅠwas extremely increased(P<0.01),the activity of GSH-Px in serum of Hetian black chickens in groupⅢwas extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared with control group,T-AOC in serum of Hetian black chicken in groupⅠwas extremely increased(P<0.01).The study indicates that adding 1%Chinese herbal medicine to diet has better effect.
